My yoga lineage is in the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa method, with additional training in Pilates. My teaching takes the approach that each of us shows up to the mat with unique bodies, histories and needs. I use the physical practice of yoga as a way to heal, strengthen and align body, mind and breath. I incorporate pranayama, mudras and meditation into my alignment-focused studio classes and private sessions.
Private Yoga Sessions
I am currently teaching private lessons in the Kyalami area and can come to the comfort of your own home or provide a studio space for private yoga instruction, mats and props also provided.
