Shop Questions

When will I get my art prints?

Once payment has been made I will contact you for your address (via email), then print and post the art print to you. The art print will be packaged with a sturdy backing and will be posted internationally.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders ship up to 5 business days after they are placed. Please contact us at hello@quaymbo.com if you have specific questions or requests about your order. Shipping will take longer around federal holidays / when the USPS is backed up or closed.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We are happy to offer a full refund (minus the cost of shipping) for unused products returned within 30 days. We will refund your order as soon as it is returned. If you want to exchange it, you’ll need to mail back the product in unused condition. We are not responsible for any orders whatsoever after 30 days. When & where will I get my Color It In ebook?

Note that CIIB is hand-emailed! Once payment is made give me 1-2 working days to email you your ebook. You will be able to download it and use it over and over again.
